By creating an account and using SignalEvo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. Service Description
SignalEvo is an informational tool that provides algorithmic trading signals based on technical analysis, news sentiment, and market data. All signals are generated for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
SignalEvo is not a registered investment adviser, broker, dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. All output is generic and automated — produced by the same algorithm for every user and not tailored to your individual circumstances. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the service. Always conduct your own research and consult a professional registered with the OSC, CIRO, SEC, or your local regulator before making any investment decision.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Returns
Signal accuracy rates shown are historical and do not guarantee future results. Trading involves significant risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. All data and signals are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.
5. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time via your account settings — access continues until the end of the billing period.
- No refunds after 7 days from initial purchase.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Attempt to scrape or resell signal data.
- Share account credentials with non-subscribers.
- Violate any of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
SignalEvo and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal Canadian laws.
