- Trading account credentials or balances

- To provide and improve the signal service
- To manage your subscription and billing
- To send service-related emails (receipts, alerts you opt into)
- To enforce usage limits per subscription tier
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties
- We do NOT use your data for ad targeting
4. Data Storage and Security
- User data stored in Supabase (encrypted Postgres database)
- Payment data stored by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified)
- All data transmission encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data
5. Your Rights Under PIPEDA
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data (email us)
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

6. Data Retention
- Active account data: retained while account exists
- After account deletion: purged within 30 days
- Billing records: retained 7 years (Canadian tax law requirement)
